It seems that Spam is what’s for dinner.  With the way the economy is, people are buying Spam in large quantities.  Spam for breakfast, Spam for lunch, and Spam for dinner.  Hey I have had Spam several times.  It’s not that bad.  I really wouldn’t go out of my way to buy it.  But still, it’s not that bad.  And you can do alot with it.  My mother used to cook with Spam alot.

The people that work for the company can barely keep up with the demand.  I guess those people don’t have to worry about their jobs, which is a very good thing.  I’m pretty sure they even might be getting some over time too.  I’m happy for them.  At least one company is doing well in this horrible crunch.  

See, Spam is affordable now.  It is now used as a staple for meals.  Right now, there aren’t too many people that can actually afford meat for their meals.  There are alot of people out there that must have meat with their meal.  I am not one of them, but there are alot.  So the next best thing is…Spam!

I wonder why it is called Spam when you get alot of crappy mail in your inbox?  And a food product is called Spam.  Do you think they are tied in together somehow?  Just a thought.
